Beautiful two-room apartment in a residence with sea views. Five minutes' walk from downtown Juan-les-Pins and the beaches. The residence consists of a large outdoor swimming pool for adults and another for children, a 6-hectare garden, two tennis courts and several ping-pong tables. The space The 34 m² apartment consists of: - a fully equipped closed kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle) - a main room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, a dining table, 2 benches, a pull-out coffee table, and a TV. - a separate bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and two bedside tables - a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet and washing machine - a large storage space (dressing room) - 19 m² terrace with garden furniture, a table and 4 chairs. Sheets/bed linen and towels are provided. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber). Guest access We don't have a parking space in the residence, but there are parking spaces all along the street. Other things to note Possibility of transfer from Nice airport on request after booking. Possibility of early check-in or late check-out for a fee of €15 per hour.
