We offer for rent our charming farmhouse, spacious (300 m² habitable) and comfortable, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. Located in a small quiet village between Semur-en-Auxois (12 min) and Époisses (10 min), the house is on the edge of the Morvan Nature Park. The estate of more than 2 hectares offers a privileged setting to relax, enjoy nature and share real moments together, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The space The house offers large living spaces, both warm and functional, where everyone can feel immediately comfortable. You will enjoy two living rooms: a large living room with an open professional kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing friendly moments, and a second more intimate living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove, a cinema area and a bed, perfect for relaxing or watching a movie with the family. Two separate wings make it possible to accommodate several families or groups of friends in excellent conditions, while preserving everyone's privacy. The sleeping area includes 4 adult bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as 3 children's bedrooms sharing a large common bathroom, ideal for families. Outside, you will enjoy a large indoor courtyard perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing moments or children's games, as well as a garden open to the meadows of the property. This natural and soothing setting invites you to read in the shade of a tree, take refreshing breaks, or enjoy friendly evenings under a starry sky. Whether you want to share a good meal, enjoy the sweetness of the countryside or go for a walk from the house, everything has been thought out to make your stay pleasant, comfortable and rejuvenating. Guest access Located just a few kilometers from the A6 highway (Autoroute du Soleil), the house is very easily accessible by car. The property is completely private, fenced and secure, with ample parking space available for guests. We make sure to facilitate your arrival with clear directions and a flexible welcome, so that your installation is done with peace of mind. Just a 15-minute drive away, Montbard TGV station allows you to reach Paris in just over an hour, a real asset for a stress-free stay and easy travel. Other things to note You may share the land with some four-legged visitors: we sometimes welcome ponies in part of our fields — a nice surprise for animal lovers! Our cat, Tigrou, is a discreet and independent inhabitant of the house. He does not travel and prefers to stay on the premises. If he is present during your stay, he will know how to make himself appreciated while remaining autonomous for his food and needs. He will only ask you for a few strokes... and maybe a corner of the sofa. 😻 A small chicken coop is also part of the premises. In exchange for some food waste, our chickens will be able to offer you delicious fresh eggs — a real pleasure to start the day. 🥚
