BALAI MARIANO is fully furnished, equipped with fast WIFI connection, bed for two, sofa bed, refrigerator , Smart TV with Netflix, clothes steamer, tall floor lamp, microwave, water heater, built in induction cooker, air fryer, rice cooker, bread maker, shower heater and washing machine . Guest access Entire space of “Balai Mariano” also building amenities are included in this rental. Swimming pool is now open, additional charge of 150/head for regular days and 300/head during holidays Other things to note Requirements : 1.There will be a Authorization forms to be fill-up and need to submit it at least one day before the confirm booked date . This is part of the requirements of building mngt. Please share your email ID so we can provide the forms No Authorization form approval before Arrival, No Entry! 2. Valid ID: we will require valid ID upon your arrival, which can be collected upon your departure. Please note: Parking is not available inside the building. Paid open parking outside the building is available . Just cross at the opposite side Pool is now open. Its a first Come first serve basis. additional 150/head for regular days and 300/head during holidays. Maximum of 10 person only can use the pool if it is occupied by 10 person we need to be in the queue until they’re done. Can use only for 1-2 hours per guest. Proper swim wear is required. Balai Mariano House Rules: 1. Strictly No smoking inside the unit. 2. No pets allowed 3. No unregistered guests allowed Unregistered guest to be inform to our Guest officer. An additional charge to be given . 4. Please turn off the Aircon when leaving. 5. Please respect and follow our check-in and check-out times. 6.Please keep your keys with you. Lost keys has a replacement fee . 7. Please lock all doors each time you leave the unit. 8. Please take care of our sheets and towels. 9. Any damaged items will be charged accordingly. 10. No rearrangement of the furniture. 12. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave. CLEAN AS YOU GO. (Cleaning fee does not include washing of dishes) please respect our unit cleanliness The following HOUSE RULES has a correspondent FINE from the building management. Please read carefully. If not followed , it will be charge to the guest accordingly. Balcony area to be kept clean and no unwanted stuff allowed/ no drying of clothes allowed . Please respect the noise curfew, Noise hour is only from 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm. No loud noise/ party allowed. Please respect your neighbors.
