Enjoy relaxing by the huge pool overlooking the garden view. It is one of the best in the area, spacious, bright and perfect for families. The space Welcome to Rapuan Raya Mas Ubud . It is completely enclosed and can be locked up at night. You will enter the house through the backyard (which can be locked if you need) where you have a tropical garden and grassed area. Perfect for kids as they can run around and enjoy the space. There are two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a King size bed, complete with extra pillows and a pillow-top mattress. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and all have their own sofa bed . Each bedroom also has its own ensuite with beautiful modern ceramics basins, . They really are beautiful. All bathrooms have soft fluffy white towels, bathmats and face washers. The bedrooms have high thread count sheets and a number of different pillows with varying levels of firmness. It is possible for us to add up to two extra fold-out single beds to the villa if requested, at an additional cost. Ideally they would go into bedroom one or two . The living area is my favourite place in the house. No air conditioner ( because its open, breezy and really beautiful view facing to ricefield view ) . We have a very large 2.0 long Solid wood dine table with enough seating for 6 people. All the furniture has been handmade and designed exclusively for our villa! There are two sofa chairs couches which are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the pool and ricefield beyond. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset views over the pool whilst still feeling protected . There is a standard appointed kitchen that includes a gas cooktop, large fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, microwave . There is also crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Our lovely staff arrange for a selection of food available at a small cost incase you don't have time to go to the shops, including beer, chips and fruit. The pool is truly magnificent and an absolute delight to swim in! We have two different depth levels which are perfect for relaxing or for children to play. The two shortest depths are approximately 40 and 80 cm. A pool fence is available at an extra charge. We need at least a week's notice as it has to be hired from an external supplier. Our wifi is currently unlimited 20 Mbps. We get this 'most' of the time, however please be aware that it may drop out occasionally as the provider still fixed the problem . Guest access You will have access to the entire villa, pool and garden areas. There is a shared parking area for bikes and cars. We have public restaurant and public swimming pool ( with extra cost ) Our Pool Filter System not 24 Hours Running , its only 6 Hours Per Day . Not Promising a Hot Water running well everytime due we have trouble with Water Heater System Water Pump System and electricity sometimes have trouble with unpredictable timing, also we're not using New Furniture Natural animal sounds & balinese praying can be heard throughout the day and we can't avoid it Other things to note Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in Bali, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we always provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa. Please be advised that anything in outdoor spaces ( such as bathrooms and living areas ) and this is not a fresh building then its affect our furniture & cleanliness. Dust, leaves, spider webs , body of animals , or insects , eggs , and anything that can be carried by the wind can easily enter the outdoor areas, placing leftovers or food anywhere can also be easily visited by small animals such as ants and others. The tropical climate in Indonesia, especially in Bali, which is uncertain ( such as rain and heat ) also affects the quality of our buildings/ construction such as humidity, mold , stains and rusts , even the quality of water in Bali also affects everything it passes through, such as tarnished iron and scale. You may also find parts of the doors, windows and walls that cannot be closed tightly (usually caused by guests who stayed before because they used it roughly) we cannot repair this case in one or teo days to make repairs. These things cannot be avoided but we take care of them in step by step The property typical individual villa situated in Restaurant area ( but our resto still closed ) , there is no other villa nearby , our staff assist for check in process only untill 5pm , no housekeeping , no engineering incharge , Did you know how survive Bali with this condition ? There are still more than 60% of accommodations in Bali that are not yet operational and are still waiting for tourism to really return to normal with various property conditions that require preparation of funds to re-operate. our property survives to remain operational in the current pandemic situation by reducing staff, amenities, water & electricity supply, this affects very affordable prices by adjusting the above for the property to remain operational. The entire property was established in 2010 , maintenance is still being carried out but not major repairs , this causes unpredictable cases to occur during your stay . You will find damp and cracked building walls in several places, rat can come if you're not close the door , leaves fall into the pool , water & electricity that goes out for 1-2 hours, water filter & swimming pool lights that only run for 6 hours a day, water flow is not heavy, trouble air-con , hot water only works 10 minutes and it will take 30 minutes to return, smelly water when turned on (using drilled water), the above can happen. if you have expectations with the facilities and conditions of the property when it is not a pandemic, then our property is not suitable for you. take a look at our review for reference !
