The AVA Flats building consists of 4 exclusive apartments, designed to create a cozy space and offer you a unique experience in the center of Alicante. The AVA Teal Flat has a double bedroom, living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom. Our apartments follow strict disinfection and cleaning measures with products certified with the ECOLABEL EU seal. All our linens and towels are 100% recycled eco cotton. The space The AVA Teal Flat apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and has a total of 50 m2 between useful area where they can enjoy either as a couple, with friends or with family. It is located on the third floor of a newly built Tourist Block of 4 exclusive apartments with a very studied design and high quality materials. The building in its common areas has an elevator and free lockers so you can leave your bags before Check-in or after Check-out. The AVA Teal Flat has a shared terrace, only for you to tend your clothes, it is accessed with the elevator from the fifth floor. It also has air conditioning, high-speed wifi and large windows that allow the spaces to be very bright and are totally isolated from both the heat and the sound of the outside to improve their rest and intimacy. We inform you of the equipment you have in your apartment: LIVING/DINING: The spacious dining room has a table and chairs for four diners, a comfy Italian sofa bed of 1.45 x 1.90 high quality, a fold out table for breakfast, board games, Smart TV, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kettle. INTEGRATED KITCHEN: The kitchen is integrated into the space with appliances and accessories such as 3-burner ceramic, oven, microwave, toaster, a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, cups, cups, crockery, pots, cazos, pans and all the necessary utensils for whatever you need to cook. MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a large 1.50 x 1.90 bed with a canapé for storage, sheets, blankets and you can enjoy two pillows and a high-quality antibacterial memory mattress. The room has a large built-in wardrobe with hangers, single reading lighting in the head of the bed and Smart TV. BATHROOM WITH SHOWER: The bathroom has large-format towels for the body, hand basin and foot mats, Musell fragrance gel/shampoo dispenser inside the shower and hand gel in the utility room, toilet paper, hair dryer and washing machine with perfumed detergent/softener. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: Each apartment also includes cleaning utensils such as broom and towel, bucket and mop, trash bags, rags, table and iron scoops, dish scrap soap, dishwasher tablets and other necessary products for disinfection and maintenance during your stay. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: So that the little ones can also enjoy the trip, children under 2 years old stay for free with documented age accreditation (high chairs and cots with prior notice at an additional cost of €15). Children over 2 years old are considered adults and will have to be included as guests when making their reservation. Guest access The common areas have access to the building and apartments without steps and with very good lighting both inside and on the access street. Video surveillance cameras at the entrance of the building, elevator up to 6 people, service staircase and lockers to leave their bags. The AVA Flats building is located in the heart of the city, in one of the safest neighbourhoods in Alicante, at the foot of the Castillo de San Fernando, right next to the Plaza de España and the Central Market. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SOFA CAMA: The sofa bed will only be left prepared with bedding when the reservation is 3 guests or more. In the event that they have not made the reservation correctly and you show up with more than 2 guests, they will have to pay in cash upon arrival the amount of 15€ per day per guest over. In case the reservation is for 2 guests who only want to sleep separately and need to mount the sofa bed, they must request it on request and with a single additional charge of €15 for assembly and laundry expenses, which they will have to pay in cash upon arrival. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CRIBS, HIGH CHAIRS AND CHILDREN'S AGE: So that the little ones can also enjoy the trip, children under 2 years old stay for free with documented age accreditation (high chairs and cots with prior notice at an additional cost of €15). Children over 2 years old are considered adults and will have to be included as guests when making your reservation, if they are not included in the reservation they will have to modify the reservation or pay in cash on arrival the amount of €15 per day per extra guest. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LUGGAGE LOCKERS: At the entrance of the building going up the stairs we have 4 lockers where you can leave your luggage until the reception of your apartment or in case of your departure, until you need it. We cannot guarantee that the lockers will be available since there are only 4 units and will depend on the number of customers using them.
