House with garage, 3 TVs, parking, very quiet

Recent villa of 120 m2, facing the Pyrenees: 3 bedrooms available (two equipped with a TNT TV) with 3 beds of 140 cm, kitchen open to the living room, 2 sofas (including 1 convertible and 1 electric relax), large outdoor terrace of 30 m2 overlooking an 800 m2 garden and its vegetable garden. An electric garage with approximately 25 m2 of usable space, for 1 car and bicycles. Very quiet area, in the countryside near Tarbes, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, next to a field. The space The house is located in a very recent residential area, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, bordering a field and away from the road, making it a very quiet and peaceful place. You will have access to all areas of the property (except the attic). On a flat and fenced plot of 800 m2 with electric gate, lawn and vegetable garden, the house has a terrace of 30 m2, with a large teak table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Several parking spaces are available in front of the garage and in front of the gate. The house comprises - 3 bedrooms with double beds (1 extra heater is also available for a child), 2 of which are equipped with a TV with TNT. - 1 wooden baby bed 120 × 60 cm and its mattress can be installed wherever you want in the house, on request and at no extra cost. - 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sinks. - 1 living room with 2 sofas (1 convertible 2-seater and 1 electric relax), 1 TV of 120 cm, 1 Wi-Fi box, a rectangular dining table of 10 seats. - The kitchen open to the living room has a 5-seater round table, rotating heat oven, microwave, induction hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, teapot. You will have all the necessary utensils for cooking. - The electric garage, with approximately 25 m2 of usable space, to protect a car from the weather and several bicycles. Other things to note A deposit cheque of €500 will be requested upon arrival against the delivery of the keys. It will not be cashed during the duration of your stay. It will be given to you when you leave if no damage is found. If a device is damaged or broken, it will be cashed to reimburse (invoice to support), and the balance will be returned to you within 15 days. I leave the choice to tenants whether or not to clean before departure. For those who do not wish to do so, €50 will be charged upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. No pets are allowed.
