Rental unit in Chicago

Located in the heart of the historic and trendy Logan Square neighborhood, this newly renovated garden unit is the perfect place to stay while visiting Chicago. This apartment is a three minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line and steps away from some of the areas most popular bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and theaters (Hopewell Brewery, The Walk-In, Lost Lake, Fat Rice, Intelligentsia Coffee, Logan Square Theater). The space DISCLAIMER: This apartment is a garden unit which means two things: 1) it can run on the cooler side since it's partially below ground level so packing a sweatshirt never hurts (space heaters also available in the apartment) and 2) it has lower ceilings. I am 6'3 (190.5cm) and can stand up fine in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom but I do need to duck going into the bedrooms. Please take these into consideration when booking the apartment. This apartment comes equipped with everything you need for your stay in Chicago. The kitchen has all of your basic cooking utensils and spices/olive oil if you choose to pick up groceries at The Dill Pickle (1.5 blocks away) and cook a meal. For the those who rely on caffeine in the morning, there is a coffee & tea bar complete with options for pour-over, French press, or traditional drip coffee. The living area has a 50in flat screen TV with a Roku, a pull-out couch, and a desk complete with monitor (VGA hook-up only - not a computer), keyboard, and mouse if work comes a-calling. See the sites downtown during the day and escape to your clean, comfortable apartment before exploring one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Chicago at night! Guest access Guests will have access to the garden unit apartment. The backyard is NOT for Airbnb guests.
