Loft in Perpignan

Hello everyone, I provide a fully equipped studio in my beautiful 400 m2 garden. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's nice to do nothing in the garden. I leave for work in the morning around 8 a.m., come back between noon and two, then return in the evening around 7 p.m. I can't accept dogs anymore, I have two cats now :-( The plus points: The pool Hammock in the shade Fitness equipment The barbecue Important: I only accept guests with reviews See you soon, Gérald The space The studio was renovated in April 2024, the bedding is new since that date too. Guest access Access is independent and is through the garage. Other things to note Studio without neighbors, the house where I am is far away as well as neighbors.
