AVA Taffy Flat: Alicante Vacation Apartments

The AVA Flats building consists of 4 exclusive apartments, designed to create a cozy space and offer you a unique experience in the center of Alicante. The AVA Taffy Flat has a double bedroom, a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, and a bathroom. Our apartments follow strict disinfection and cleaning measures with products certified with the ECOLABEL EU seal. All our linens and towels are made of 100% recycled eco cotton. The space The AVA Taffy Flat apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and has a total of 50 m2 of useful space where you can enjoy either as a couple, with friends or family. It is located on the second floor of a newly built Tourist Block of 4 exclusive apartments with a very studied design and high quality materials. The building's common areas have an elevator and free lockers so you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The AVA Taffy Flat has a shared terrace, only so you can hang your clothes, accessed by the elevator from the fifth floor. Also air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and large windows that allow the spaces to be very bright and are fully insulated from both heat and sound from the outside to improve your rest and privacy. We inform you of the equipment available in your apartment: LIVING/DINING ROOM: The spacious living/dining room has a table and chairs for four, a comfortable 1.45 x 1.90 high-quality Italian sofa bed, a fold-out breakfast table, board games, Smart TV, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and kettle. INTEGRATED KITCHEN: The kitchen is integrated into the space with appliances and accessories such as a 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, cups, dishes, pots, pans, and all the necessary utensils for whatever you need to cook. PRIMARY BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a large 1.50 x 1.90 bed with a storage bed, sheets, blankets and you can enjoy two pillows and a high quality antibacterial viscoelastic mattress. The room has a large built-in closet with hangers, individual reading lighting at the head of the bed and a Smart TV. BATHROOM WITH SHOWER: The bathroom has large body towels, hand washbasin and foot mats, Musell fragrance gel/shampoo dispenser inside the shower and hand gel in the sink, toilet paper, hair dryer and washing machine with scented detergent/softener. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: Each apartment also includes cleaning utensils such as broom and dustpan, bucket and mop, trash bags, rags, scouring pads, iron and ironing board, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets and other products necessary for disinfection and maintenance during your stay. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: So that the little ones can also enjoy the trip, children under 2 years of age stay for free with documented age accreditation (high chairs and cribs with prior notice at an additional cost of €15). Children over 2 years of age are considered adults and must be included as guests when booking. Guest access The common areas have access to the building and apartments without steps and with very good lighting both inside and on the access street. Video surveillance cameras at the entrance of the building, elevator for up to 6 people, service staircase and lockers to leave your luggage. The AVA Flats Building is located in the heart of the city, in one of Alicante's safest neighborhoods, at the foot of San Fernando Castle, right next to Plaza de España and the Central Market. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SOFA BED: The sofa bed will only be prepared with bedding when the reservation is for 3 or more guests. In the event that you have not made the reservation correctly and that you show up with more than 2 guests, you will have to pay in cash upon arrival the amount of €15 per day per extra guest. If the reservation is for 2 guests who only want to sleep separately and need to set up the sofa bed, they must request it upon request and with a single additional charge of €15 for assembly and laundry costs, which they will have to pay in cash upon arrival. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COTS, HIGH CHAIRS AND CHILDREN'S AGE: So that the little ones can also enjoy the trip, children under 2 years of age stay free of charge with documented age accreditation (high chairs and cribs with prior notice at an additional cost of €15). Children over 2 years of age are considered adults and must be included as guests when making your reservation. If they are not included in the reservation, you will have to modify the reservation or pay in cash upon arrival the amount of €15 per day per extra guest. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LUGGAGE LOCKERS: At the entrance of the building, going up the stairs, we have 4 lockers where you can leave your luggage until the reception of your apartment or in case of your departure, until you need it. We cannot guarantee that the lockers will be available since there are only 4 units and it will depend on the number of customers who make use of them.
