The AVA Flats building consists of 4 exclusive apartments, designed to create a cozy space and offer a unique experience in the center of Alicante. Our apartments follow strict disinfection and cleaning measures with products certified with the ECOLABEL EU seal. All our linens and towels are 100% recycled eco cotton. The space Newly built tourist complex with 4 exclusive apartments featuring a very well-thought-out design and high-quality materials. The building has an elevator and free lockers in its common areas so that guests can leave their luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartments also include cleaning utensils such as a broom and dustpan, bucket and mop, garbage bags, rags, scouring pads, ironing board and iron, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and other products needed for disinfection and maintenance during the stay. Guest access The common areas have access to the building and apartments without steps and with very good lighting both inside and on the access street. The building has video surveillance cameras at the entrance, an elevator for up to 6 people, a service staircase, and lockers to drop off suitcases. AVA Flats is located in the heart of the city, in one of the safest neighborhoods in Alicante, at the foot of San Fernando Castle, next to Plaza de España and the Central Market. From the building, you can walk in a few minutes to attractions such as the Old Town, the Las Cigarreras Cultural Center, the Bullring, the Panteón de Quijano, the ADA Provincial Auditorium, the Esplanade, the Rambla, the Teatro Principal, the Co-Cathedral of San Nicolás, the Basilica of Santa María, the Water Museum, the Santa Bárbara Castle, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the Marina, the Paseo Náutico and the Casino, the MARQ and MACA museums, and the Postiguet Beach. The location also allows access in a few minutes to bus lines, Tram and taxi, transfer to the train station and airport, supermarkets, restaurants, hospital, pharmacies, shopping malls and stores for all kinds of leisure activities. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LUGGAGE LOCKERS: At the entrance of the building, going up the stairs, there are 4 lockers where guests can leave their luggage until they check in to their apartments or, in the case of check-out, until they need it.
