And only 8-minute walk to beach or five minute drive to Historic Galveston downtown strand. Fully furnished, linens, towels, kitchenware, cookware, washer/dryer. Includes internet. Used by UTMB students, residents, and rotation students since 2014. The space Two bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with double), and there is a sofa-bed in the living room. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for owner locked middle bedroom and garage. Other things to note Every person who will be on the property during your stay needs to be on the reservation. This includes non overnight guests. So, if you have 2 people staying overnight and 2 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 4. You can add guests up until your check in using the alteration tool. Check-in/out times can be very flexible, depending on several factors (i.e., if someone is checking out late on the same day you want to arrive early). Just message me to ask!
