Modern studio in the heart of Sellins** The studio is a short walk from the famous, listed Wilhelmstrasse, at the upper end of which is the most beautiful lake birch on the island. Right at the pier is also the main beach, the romantic Baltic Sea resort. The modern apartment was freshly renovated and furnished in May 2021. It also offers a parking space directly at the house and an outdoor barbecue area.
