"Sunflower" Ecolodge/Blue Whale Domain

Near Saint-Emilion / Libourne, come and discover a unique place, around a whale-shaped lake. In the heart of this haven of peace, your lodge enjoys a view overlooking the lake. To take full advantage of it, paddles and canoes are at your disposal! A joyful Noah's Ark will enchant you: donkeys, sheep, goats, rabbits, ducks, peacocks, swans, hens cohabit in harmony and allow themselves to be approached. You can also enjoy organic fruits and vegetables grown on site. The space The lodge, in a modern style, is very bright with its large openings, including a bay window opening onto a terrace and an all-wooden pergola inviting you to enjoy the magnificent 360° view! Everything is new and functional (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, etc.) The master bedroom upstairs has a skylight just above the bed, enough to sleep with your head in the stars! A remote control allows you to close it at will. The second bedroom has two single beds. Guest access You have access to the entire lodge, plus a private terrace / pergola. You also have full access to the estate (over 6 hectares). You can thus walk in a magnificent site, to meet the many animals (tamed) which live there in freedom. You also have access to the lake: paddles, canoes and boats are thus at your disposal for the greatest pleasure of children and adults! Bicycles are also at your disposal to explore the estate and/or the surroundings (beautiful walks in the forest) Other things to note Morning and evening the animals (donkeys, sheep, goats, ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, swans, peacocks, exotic birds, etc.) are fed and it is always a great pleasure for the children (and their parents) to participate in these moments when we can approach them very closely! Brushing and walking with the adorable donkeys Adam & Eve is an activity that will delight young and old; ditto babysitting rabbits! Many games are also available: board games, racket games, throwing/skill games, boomerangs, golf clubs, kites, bicycles etc. We offer, always free of charge, small workshops related to permaculture (sowing, transplanting, planting, pruning, etc.) Paddle boards and canoes are at your disposal to fully enjoy the lake; we can also take you to the banks of very beautiful surrounding rivers (La Dronne, L'Isle) with the canoes placed on a special trailer, so that you can travel these rivers for an afternoon (allow a supplement for this last activity)
