Beautiful apartment at prime location

The property is situated in a turn of the century house, with a small beautiful courtyard, balcony and lots of windows which give the apartment an airy and sunny nature. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture, one bathroom and an extra toilette and high-speed internet. The space Check-in: From 14.00 Check-out: Latest 12.00 HOUSE RULES: Strictly no guests except for confirmed guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand. -If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without a refund as it is strictly against the house rules. - No partying or "events" are allowed. - With respect for our neighbours: quiet after 22:00. - No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or balcony or in the courtyard), only out on the street. -Due to allergy: no pets allowed. -Do not leave the windows/balcony open without properly securing them. -Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping. Please do not wear shoes inside the unit. -You are responsible of the apartments furniture/utilities during your stay. -Food etc in the pantries to be used during your stay. If something runs out please restock.
