Sa Prazza GuestHouse is a charming refuge in the heart of Cagliari. Four large and bright bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, sleeping area and sitting area. Two overlook the charming Piazza Savoia, the others overlook a quiet internal balcony. Each room is furnished with unique pieces, carefully chosen and recovered, each with a story to tell. An intimate and authentic place, perfect for experiencing Cagliari slowly and poetically. The space Saprazza guesthouse is on the second floor of a historic building (no elevator). Sa Prazza Rosso overlooks the street through a large window, offering a splendid view of the Savoia square. The room is spacious and comfortable. The mezzanine allows you to distinguish two rooms: a more intimate sleeping area located on the upper level and, on the lower floor, a cozy living room with a relaxation area equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a space dedicated to work or study with a desk. The private bathroom is inside the room, to ensure maximum comfort. Guests have access to a common area in the guest house, with a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. Beach umbrellas are also available. Guest access Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.; outside these hours you can contact us so that we can better organize ourselves.
