The free private parking space (#22) is a few meters from the entrance only. Close to the historic center, hospital and university campus, your travels will be very easy. Wifi. Kitchen equipped for you to cook. Laundry dryer. Very comfortable 140x200 bed (we replaced the mattress in early 2025). The sofa bed is easy to open, recent and of good quality, 12cm bultex mattress (but it's still a sofa bed!) . It is adjoining the Le Ginger studio, which can accommodate up to 2 additional people. Guest access private parking at the back of the residence. Location no. 22 Other things to note *) The beds will be made upon arrival with a bath sheet for each place in the beds, linens (mats, tea towels) are also provided.
