The space Welcome to our bright apartment of 50m², completely renovated in 2025, ideally located only 400 meters from Agay beach and at the foot of the Esterel massif. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, it includes a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and new bedding, a cabin room with new bunk beds, and a living room equipped with a quality queen-size sofa bed (Poltronesofa). There is also a Smart TV with Netflix and unlimited high-speed wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hobs, range hood, dishwasher and washing machine. The cozy bathroom has a bath. The wall-hung toilets are separate. Enjoy a sunny terrace of 10m2 with new furniture for friendly meals. Reversible air conditioning is present in the living room and master bedroom for your comfort. A private parking spot is available for your use. You will also have access to two swimming pools in the condominium, open from June to September (9am-7pm). Please note, a maximum of 4 adults (12 years and over) are allowed at any one time: children under 12 do not need a wristband. Nearby, a convenience store is 100 meters away, and the Esterel beaches, calanques and hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a quiet condominium. Located in Agay, charming district of Saint-Raphaël, you will be close to Fréjus, Cannes and the most beautiful beaches of the French Riviera. Note: as often on the French Riviera, the railway passes near the apartment. However, there are no trains running at night. For people with very light sleep, we recommend the use of earplugs for a perfectly peaceful stay. Guest access Guests can access the entire home. Other things to note 🅿️ PARKING: - The apartment has a private outdoor space. This space is suitable for a standard-sized vehicle (no height restriction). If you plan to come with a very long or very wide vehicle, please contact us in advance to ensure your parking space is suitable. 🏊: SWIMMING POOLS (unheated / closed outside the summer season) - Access to the swimming pool via a connected electronic wristband, provided in the apartment.
