The front yard is large & spacious for outdoor activities & includes a fire pit & BBQ for your use. There are several steps to reach the lower deck & dock which offers excellent swimming. The surrounding nature and views are spectacular. The interior is fully renovated & newly furnished which includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, great room, a walk-out basement with a rec room including a pool table, TV and wifi throughout. There is a canoe and two kayaks for use. The space Our cottage is a non-smoking cottage that is newly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. The main floor consists of three bedrooms, two washrooms, a large great room including a dining area, large kitchen and a three season sun room which is great for keeping out bugs while enjoying the fresh air. The great room has lots of windows across the back creating a fantastic view of Pigeon Lake and the Big Island. The main floor also walks out onto an upper deck with a sitting area and lots of great shady trees for reading. The kitchen is large and newly renovated including granite counter-tops, complete with fridge including water and ice cube maker, gas top stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, high end pots and pans, cutting boards, cutlery, etc. The great room has a beautiful stone double-sided fireplace to keep you warm in the winter and all rooms have brand new fans to keep you cool during warm summer evenings. The walk-out basement includes an additional bedroom and washroom, a rec room with a pool table and smart tv as well as extra mattresses for sleeping in a large open area. Other things to note Minimum Night Stay - Starting May long weekend until Labour Day in September - 7 nights. Check in and Check out is Saturday to Saturday only. - Remainder of the year - 2 nights.
