There is an outdoor space that includes table, chairs, and a grill that may be shared with another cabin. There is also a private outdoor alcove/sitting area that offers total privacy from others. Please know that Colorado winter weather is unpredictable and while you typically do not need a 4x4 vehicle, there are occasions that one is needed during a severe snowstorm. There is an area dedicated for guest parking. The listing is in a mountain community neighborhood and you may see wildlife native to the area.
