As shown in the pictures, the furnishings are in keeping with their adventures and provide a unique guest experience. During your stay, Mandalay offers complimentary use of: - The hot tub (please use the outside shower prior to entering) - Xbox One with 2x controllers & a selection of games - Netflix streaming service - Family games in outside storage tub (football, boules, volleyball net, volleyball, bucket & spades, beach windbreaker etc.) - A selection of board games (found in the Snug) Check in at 4pm Check out at 10am Variation to check in/out times can be discussed in the 5 days before your stay (in line with the up to date bookings). Subject to availability, early check in (4 hours earlier from 12pm) will cost £50 or (2 hours from 2pm) will cost £30. Where available (and pre-agreed) late check out is £15 per hour/ or half the nightly rate if checking out in the evening. If not pre-agreed, up to 10:15am check out is fine, after that up to 1 hour is £40, due to the impact on the turnover time. Non-agreed cars parked at the property pre or post-check out (whether guests are at the property or not) will count as an early and/or late check out. Use of a XL gas BBQ/ Fuel/ tools/ condiments and a cleaning service (post use) is available for a £45 per stay supplement. Please confirm at least a day in advance and it will be set up for your arrival. The master bedroom is set up as a super king bed, however can be split into twins if required. Please let me know before your stay if you would prefer a change of set up. For a stay of 9 or more guests, a small double will be available. By default this is set up in the “living room/ snug”. Please mention if you would prefer it to be set up in the master bedroom or garden bedroom upstairs. Infants/ children - please let me know if you would like use of one of our travel cots (2x available for infants under 2 years old), and/or a high chair and/or 'shnuggle' baby bath (suitable for under 12 months old). Please be mindful that Mandalay is not toddler proofed (open sockets/ ornaments and articles may be found in the floor). It is down to your discretion and we accept no liability for injury caused. Option of a children's play tepee + £10 set up for use during your whole stay. It will be provisionally set up in the hall entrance, but feel free to move it to where suits you. Pets - well behaved and fully toilet trained pets are allowed. Please keep pets downstairs on hard floors. Please message in advance with some information about your pet to seek confirmation that your pet is allowed to stay prior to booking. Please note that the garden wraps around the entire house; as there is no front gate at the entrance to the estate, dogs should be supervised to prevent escape. A friendly gardener visits every Friday from 8-4pm and occasionally on other days dependent on the time of year/ what needs doing. He is mindful that guests are there and will keep to himself as far as possible. Heating system - It should be noted that this system, when on, is audible in the hallway and the twin bedroom in particular. Keys - please note the front door deadlocks from the outside so please have a key when leaving that door. Please don’t leave keys internally in the doors which lead outside. Upon checkout, please return the 2nd front door key to the lockbox and leave all other doors locked and return keys to the brass dish. £20 inconvenience charge per key misplaced post checkout (no charge for keys returned within 2 hours post check out). £50 charge for keys not returned to the house within 3 days + replacement cost. £20 minimum charge for locksmith callout/ locked out/ not returning key to lockbox etc. Beach towels in a handy carry pouch in addition to bathroom towels are provided complimentary for use during your stay. If you wish to take one home, they cost £33 to replace. Please message to let me know prior to leaving. Damage - accidental breakages may happen, please notify me as soon as possible with pictures. Please note that UK quiet hours are between 11pm - 7am, please be respectful of our neighbours - no loud noise or speakers can be played outside between these times and patio doors/ windows should be closed if indoor speakers are playing. There is a zero tolerance to noise nuisance. No additional guests (beyond the number approved) are allowed to stay overnight - guests over 6 are charged at £53 pppn - the additional guest charge is for the entirety of the stay. Please message in advance if your booking needs to be amended. £106 pppn charge for non-agreed additional guests. If smoking/ vaping - please do so at least 2m away from the house and 3m away from open doors/ windows, cleaning up after yourselves. A fine may be due and your booking may be terminated immediately if guests are found to be in breach of these rules.
