Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. The space The apartment is located in one of the most preferred areas of Burgas – Lazur residential complex. The location is extremely convenient: nearby are the Sea Garden, the city center, shops, restaurants and public transport stops. The area is quiet, well maintained and very safe, making it suitable for both vacation and longer stays. Inside, the apartment is clean, tidy and bright. It has a comfortable sleeping area, equipped kitchenette, washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a terrace — a nice place for morning coffee or a short break. Check-in is completely self-contained, with easy access and quick entry via code. Guests are given complete independence and peace of mind throughout their stay. Guest access Guests have access to their own private room – the studio or apartment, depending on the reservation. The entrance is through a common front door that leads to a small corridor. The corridor is for passage only and is used to access the two separate rooms. After the corridor there is a separate front door to the studio and a separate front door to the apartment – each of them is locked and accessible only to the specific guests. Guests do not have common indoor spaces with other reservations other than the entrance hall. All other areas are entirely private.
