The space VILLA APHRODITE This two-storey villa is built with high-quality materials, offering excellent insulation against the summer heat, and features underfloor heating to ensure comfort during the colder days of the year. The outdoor areas include a spacious veranda, a sitting area with a dining table at the entrance, a balcony, and a private garden. All these spaces are sheltered with elegant wooden pergolas, providing shade and protection. The outdoor surfaces are paved with natural stone slabs and framed by traditional stone walls. The ground floor of VILLA APHRODITE features an open-plan design with a luxurious built-in kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a fireplace, built-in sofas, a guest bathroom, and a storage room. On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom and a second bedroom—both with private en-suite bathrooms. The villa offers stunning views of the Aegean Sea, the Cycladic islands, and the picturesque village of Berdamiaros.
