Easy bike ride to U of T or transit ride to the downtown core or York U. Enjoy St. Clair West’s amazing restaurants & cafes, as well as several parks & trails. This modern lower level suite has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom. Laundry machine and dryer in shared hallway! The space Enjoy a relaxing stay in the city in this fully private apartment! A clean and modern space with living room area, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We have a shared coin laundry machine available for your travel convenience! It is located in the hallway outside the apartment. We provide soap for you to use. (Each load is $1.25) A vacuum, mop and drying rack are available in the shared hallway for your use as well. Netflix and Prime are included. Temporary parking permits can be obtained online through the City of Toronto website if you need parking. This is our family home as well and we are here to help as little or as much as you need throughout your stay. *Only registered guests are permitted in the apartment. No outside guests are allowed at any time.* Guest access A shared hallway outside this apartment has a (coin) laundry machine & dryer, drying rack and cleaning supplies available for your use! Garbage, compost and recycling bins are located on our driveway towards the back of the house. All other areas of the property are private. Other things to note No outside guests allowed. Out of consideration for other guests, please no burning candles/incense. Please avoid cooking with strong odours. No smoking or vaping allowed on or around our property. Our garbage bins are on our driveway towards the garage. There are bins for compost, recycling and garbage. Tap water is safe to drink.
