The space Great layout and quiet bedroom with a door, means that a couple , maybe a couple and child can comfortably share the space, write or read, listen to music. Queen bed in bedroom has good mattress. Typical double mattress in fold out sofa is not bad but probably only comfortable for one adult. The condo feels larger than 600 sq ft. Lots of closets. Wheelchair accessible from back entrance and garage. Half circle drive in front of building. Location is central but not noisy. Charming Baldwin Street cafes and bistros half a block away. Guest access Sorry no gym,but you will be walking and doing. WiFi in local cafes. Lots of fruit and veg markets around the corner. Artists and galleries. Gage Park playground one block. Laundry machines in the basement unlocked with front door key. Other things to note It is fabulous to have well lighted, secure parking like this in the centre of the city. A vehicle over 6 ft. tall might have difficulty with entering.
