Studio located 10 minutes from the beach. The space The studio is on the third floor of an apartment building. The studio, with lots of natural light, has an equipped kitchen (pots, pan, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, gas stove), two beds, table for two, fan, toilet (with shower), towels and sheets. It has a private balcony in the same apartment and a community terrace located on the fifth floor of the same building. Wifi available throughout the building. Guest access A studio located a 10-minute walk from the beach. On the same street you will find: Pharmacy (5 min), information and tourism (1 min), supermarkets (1-3 min), several cafes, bus station (1 min), laundry (1 min), town hall (1 min), restaurants. There is a paid outdoor parking lot (Between €8 - €10 per day). There is free parking at the entrance of the village by the entrance of Llagostera (1km away). We have a parking space for loading and unloading luggage, right in front of the building. In the area, you could find some free parking but in summer it is difficult. Other things to note The price of the apartment does not include tourist taxes (€1.10 person/day up to a maximum of 7 days and from 16 years).
