Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS. Guest access Back deck overlooks a pond, and has a table and benches. There is a fire pit with seating adjacent to the apartment that can be used by guests - ideal for smores or some local wines and snacks. Other things to note A laundry washer and dryer is available in the garage below the apartment.
