Welcome to stay at our home in a comfy private room with your own private bathroom. The room has a smart TV, wifi, large closet, dresser, ceiling fan. We have room for additional guests if needed. Our home has wooded scenery with a dune in our backyard with hammock, firepit, and pergola to enjoy! We have a sunporch to relax in. I can make breakfast for you upon request! We are located 2min from Lake Harbor beach with hiking, Lake Michigan minutes away! 8 minutes from Piere Marquette Beach close to hiking trails and many State, and Local parks, Michigan's Adventure. Rated best MI Dog beach Kruse park is 2 minutes away on lake michigan! Fishing spots nearby, and also boat launches and kayaking! Our home is a relaxing quiet location with .74 acres of yard to enjoy. Guest access includes: A personal guest bedroom, and your own private bath (not connected rooms). Also your welcome to share the, sunporch, living room, dining room, and use the yard & badminton net. Bed & breakfast amenities provided upon request to Brittinea (Host), I will make breakfast for you! We are both responsible married college students: engineering student and pre-med student. We just ask you to be respectful, treat us, our little helper dog, and our home well. Please have good hygeine and be cleanly in our home. We will treat you politely like a guest representative would at a hotel. After every stay the room is professionally turned down. We enjoy playing badminton, and grilling. If you want to grill out with us, or play cards you are welcome if we have time. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Houses are clean and tidy. Homes are close to Lake Michigan the neighborhood behind us is on the lake Michigan beach front. We are close to bars, the Lakes Mall, restaurants, beaches, kayak rentals, hiking, downtown events, and more! I can drive you as a chauffer for Uber & Lyft, you can bike to the beach, on trails or into town, and can walk, or drive to the beach there always seems to be parking for the beach which is great. We are 28min from Michigan Adventures Amusement Park, 21min from downtown Grand Haven and 42min to downtown Grand Rapids. If you have questions on additional dates not listed or would like to stay for a week or longer, please message us. We do have ring doorbell so if we are not home we can answer and help you get in.
