Our house is located in a quiet area of Sochi, near the city center, there is a lot of greenery around. There is a bus stop and grocery stores near the house. You can walk to the sea along the pretty streets of Sochi in 25-30 minutes (respectively, to the center). The apartment is about 14 sq.m., designed for 1 person. Everything is quite simple, but there is everything you need for your stay. Own kitchen, with everything you need, dishes, electric stove. There is also a private bathroom and a separate entrance.
