Guests will also have access to the garage under the Aerie Suite which contains the washer & dryer for this unit. There is some storage space dedicated to the Aerie Suite guests in the garage and guests may use recreational equipment for the park (chairs, umbrella, bags). Other things to note Please be considerate of the neighbors. No partying or overnight guests who are not pre-approved or more than two overnight guests per night. Any violation of these rules will incur an automatic increase of $75 per day in the room rate (in addition to the amount paid to Airbnb). I try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when possible and you can always store your luggage in the garage if you arrive early or need to leave late.
