The center of the village, Starigrad Paklenica, is 1.5 km away. A landscaped beach with amenities such as a volleyball court, outdoor gym and children's park is 700m from the property. The room is on the south side of the house with a balcony. It consists of a hallway with closets, an air-conditioned bedroom with a single bed and a desk, and a private bathroom.
