Other things to note A few important things to keep in mind before you book. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation penalty. Our policy also does not cover unused nights after check-in, so please plan your stay accordingly. Bookings falling below the minimum stay requirement at the time of reservation are also non-refundable. Standard check-in and check-out time is 1:00 PM. -Need to arrive early or leave a little later? We'll do our best to accommodate. - Early check-in between 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM is available at an hourly rate based on the one-night fee. - - Late check-out between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM is also available at the same hourly rate. - For arrivals before 5:00 AM or departures between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, a half-day rate applies. To ensure a smooth check-in for you and your pup, please send a photo of your dog along with a valid ID to building reception at least 48 hours before your arrival date.
