Our family home "A Casellu", renovated in 2025, is nestled on a 2,500 m2 plot of land, quietly located on the heights of Porticcio, 3 minutes by car from the beach and shops. Our house can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children (plus babies upon request) – studio upon request. The superb sea view and sunsets make our nest a little paradise ideal for an unforgettable holiday. The space **************************************** * House renovated in March 2025! * **************************************** Upstairs (approx. 100m2): - 1 large air-conditioned lounge and dining room overlooking a large sea view terrace, - 1 loggia with dining table, - 1 kitchen, - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with two double beds in 160, - 1 open air-conditioned mezzanine with 4 single child beds (not recommended for children under 4 years old) - 1 bathroom with toilet, - 1 separate WC On the ground floor: - 1 air-conditioned bedroom (independent studio extra depending on the period) of 25m2 with a double bed in 140 without communication with the house, - 1 bathroom, - 1 separate WC Outside: - 1 large terrace with a shaded pergola with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and its sunset (tables, outdoor lounge, barbecue), - 2,500 meters of endemic garden, - Petanque area, - Parking spaces on the different levels. Amenities: - WiFi, TV, - Washing machine, - Dishwasher - Iron and ironing table - Hairdryer - Baby bed, high chair, changing mat Off season: Discounts for stays > 1 week or monthly rentals on request Guest access Parking on the property Other things to note The house is on the Route des Cannes on a hill 1.8kms from the tourist office and shops . Walking access to Porticcio is easy to go (it goes down) but more complicated on the way back (it goes up;-)). If you are on foot, the view is deserved: vehicle recommended. Rates: Rental is available for 3 or 4 nights on request. Sheets and towels not provided, possibility of weekly rental from the concierge who welcomes you: - Double/single bed linens (1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, and 2 pillowcases) = €15 - Toilet linen (2 bath towels and 2 towels) = €15 - Linens and towels / 2 people = €30 The surcharge (€30/person/day) for the 4th person and above does not apply to children.
