La Reinesse: house, bike/motorcycle garage

Happiness is in Provence! Whether you come to work or relax, you will appreciate the charm of this independent village house which is entirely reserved for you. With its view of a pretty flowery square where there is a fountain, it is very comfortable and has been completely renovated. The space Everything has been thought out to ensure you have the best stay, and we have equipped it as we would have done for ourselves. The house has its own access and is not shared. This is a duplex of approximately 30 m2, arranged as follows: - On the ground floor, marble-tiled bathroom with shower cabin, sink, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer and storage o On the right, a bedroom of about 8 m2 with a large 140 x 200 cm bed, a large wall cabinet containing ironing board and iron and a bedside table with lamp, as well as a USB wall socket - On the 1st floor, o The living room of approximately 11 m2 has double exposure and is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen: combined microwave oven, 2 ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dining area with high chairs, USB wall socket o Also a lounge area with sofa bed, coffee table, pouf, Orange TV with Netflix access (if you have your codes) and fiber Internet - You also have an open space (non-private) in front of the house where you can set up garden furniture and have a drink outdoors - You will also have reserved access to the closed garage where you can put bicycles, strollers and motorcycles and where you will find the garden furniture - We provide you with a portable air conditioner that you can move from the bedroom to the living room (be careful, it is a little heavy and there are stairs) - We also have a baby bed, changing table, baby bath, and high chair that we provide free of charge on request. Guest access Guests have the whole house. There are numerous free parking spots nearby. Other things to note The accommodation is an old village house with very thick walls. It therefore takes time to heat, and does not offer the insulation of more modern homes. We have installed 2 radiators in the living room but if you are particularly sensitive to the cold, it is better to choose another place. The accommodation contains 4 beds, but this is more suitable for an extra stay as there is no dining area to eat for 4 in the same place. You can use the coffee table and bar area with stools (see pictures).
