This 45 m² apartment is ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends looking to enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped home, just minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Please note: the building has no elevator, access is by stairs only. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor of the residence. Entry to the building is autonomous with a secure key box, the code of which will be communicated to you before your arrival. Please note that there is no access to the other apartments, nor to the technical or service parts of the residence. The entrance to the building is via a secure door, and access to your floor is by stairs only. Self check-in possible at any time after the scheduled check-in time.
