beachy country get away

The suite is attached to our house and is approx450 square feet&Sleeps 2-4.There’s a King size memory foam bed , a twin sleeper sofa and a queen size blow up mattress. Jacuzzi tub & a shower as well as a large closet in the bathroom. A coffee maker, Microwave & Full size fridge in the suite where we ask you to keep your food as we do use the refrigerator in the pool house as well and you are welcome to use any condiments and spices. Use of kitchen in pool house as well! No smoking in any rooms! The space We do live on the premises. Our space is located in central Texas. Its very beautiful and we have a lot of wild life to view around us along with a beautiful landscaped property. We have 2 dogs (Great Pyrenees) and 4 cats on property as well! The closest neighbor is about 200 yards and they are our parents :) Other than that its simply a place to relax while basking in the sun and enjoying the pool as our hot tub is not in service at the moment and do appoligize 8:30a.m-9:00p.m weather permitting. The pool/"Hot tub is not working at this time and do appoligize" Please disregard the following until we can get but fixed(hot tub can be turned on if we are home after 1pm and is off by 9:00 pm and the temperature is not below 50 or above 90) we do not run hot tub all day to help keep cost down and property amenities are to be used only by the guests registered for the stay unless given prior approval. The pool itself is not heated!Quite time is by 10:00pm --!We have a huge Rainbow playground as well on premises. See Pics We are usually around and available for conversation or just information! We love spending family time so we will usually be around the pool with our grandchildren or just ourselves. While your visiting we hope you’d enjoy our company as we would yours! See you soon Guest access Access to the room is by your private entrance with a combo lock which will be given upon confirmation of reservation. Guests will have access to the pool house which has a half bathroom and a full kitchen. There is also a huge gas grill/side burner and only ask that it be shut off when done using. The pool and property is to be used by registered quests only no extra guests! There is NO washer and dryer available at the house but there’s a new laundromat in town right off Main Street. We do request quite time by 10:00 pm as well During your stay We do live here, so while you are with us we are more than willing to spend time with you and give you tips on what there is to do where to go eat etc etc If we are home we would be at the pool and around outside and may have family member's over as well and look forward to interacting with you. Other things to note We no longer allow pets! If your wanting friends to visit you while you are here you must get prior approval and after 2 guests we will charge you for use of facilities. You will be held responsible for your extra guests/visitors and they do need to leave before 9:00pm unless we state other wise.
