Garden Suite at Yosemite Dreams

Our Garden Suite is the perfect place for a family get-a-way. Two separate bedrooms, a family room, a game parlor and large stone patio invite fun times. We have 2 1/2 acres to roam with garden paths and various patios and sitting venues. We have an outdoor bed, tree swing, croquet and horse shoes. For an additional $50, Lisa will provide private yoga on the deck or pet setting. The town of Oakhurst has much to offer and is only 1 mile away. The space We call this space the Garden Suite for its open air feel, garden views and architectural details; warm cedar casings, glass and light galore, and polished concrete floors. The 1,100-square-foot flat encompasses four rooms. The master suite sleeps two in a California king bed with three garden-view windows. The second bedroom, also with garden views, has a maple trundle bed with two single beds. The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, microwave, Crockpot, a toaster oven, toaster, hotplate, coffee maker and a full refrigerator. It does not have a conventional stove/oven or kitchen sink. The family room offers a loveseat.and a queen-sized futon/couch. The futon can sleep two additional quests, with an additional fee of $25 per person per night. The parlor is stocked with books and games, offering an airy space for family time that opens onto a spacious sunny stone patio for outdoor entertaining. The patio provides a variety of seating, and includes a propane Weber grill for that quintessentially American barbecue experience. WiFi, of course. Guest access Our guests get full access to the Garden Suite and grounds - 2.5 acres of walking paths, play areas and meditative perches. The top floor is our personal space and not included in the offering. We also have a rental cabin and a vintage trailer on the property, so guests may share the property at times. Other things to note There is absolutely NO SMOKING on the property! We live in a wooded environment, a region prone to wildfires in the summer. Outdoor flames are permitted only in the propane grills. No candles, smoking or campfires. We also insist that the number of people you book must be the same when you arrive. If changes need to be made you must contact us to insure the changes are appropriate. Please do not show up at our home with more people than what the booking agreement states. Additional people will result in additional fees of $25 per person, per night. Thank you for respecting our home and our policies. We insist on quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am! This is NOT the environment for loud parties. Our guests enjoy a peaceful, serene atmosphere.
