Unless previously approved by us, no additional guests or visitors are allowed. • If you are interested in using the property for a photo shoot, you must give us explicit descriptions of your concept before booking as well as your location budget. Please be aware that photoshoots are subject to different rules and rates, and must be approved in advance. • We will require each guest to sign a waiver prior to occupancy, which will be emailed before check-in. • PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION WHAT TIME YOU'LL BE ARRIVING.... - Every 8th day, housekeeping will be scheduled at the rate of $125. Additional housekeeping days are available upon request at the same rate. Parties of more than 11+ guests will be charged an additional $50 per stay, and per week for housekeeping. This will be billed at the end of your stay unless you choose to pay in advance. Complimentary watersport includes: Use of up to (3) 2-person kayaks w/ life jackets & paddles, snorkel gear, body "Boogie" boards, beach balls, and ya know what, you can even use the garden hose.
