We will replenish amenities and consumables during your stay. As this is an unmanned facility, please contact the staff as soon as possible if you need it. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in/after check-out? A. There are coin lockers on the first floor of the hotel. You can use them. Q. It looks like check-in will be late, is that okay? A. Since the property is self-check-in 24hours, you can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm on the check-in date. Q. Is it possible to receive and mail packages? A. As this is an unmanned facility, we cannot provide assistance. If you are able to receive the package yourself, you can send it to us. In the unlikely event that you cannot receive your luggage, the hotel will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your luggage. Q. Is there room cleaning? A. As our hotel is an unmanned facility, we do not provide cleaning services during your stay. For stays of 5 nights or more, you can enjoy free cleaning service if you make a reservation by 18:00 the day before. If you would like to request cleaning, please contact us by 18:00 the day before your desired date. (For stays of 5 nights or less, the fee is 2,500 yen per time) Q. Can I smoke? A. The entire building is non-smoking. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited (including on balconies). There is a smoking area outside on the first floor, so please use that area if you wish to smoke. Q. Can I rent futons and pillows? A. If we have extra pillows in stock, we will lend them to you. However, for additional futons, there will be an additional charge of 3000 yen during the stay. Q. Can I issue a receipt? A. We will issue an electronic receipt after check-out, so please contact us after check-out if necessary. Q. What about the security deposit? A. A security deposit will not be charged at the time of booking. If anything is damaged or lost in the room during your stay, you will be charged the amount of the damaged equipment. Q.
