Wynyard Quarter would have to be one of the best central Auckland places to stay and enjoy. There is simply so much to see and do from the abundance of mouth-watering dining & drinking options to the incredible Westhaven Marina promenade for an early morning or evening stroll next to the Waitemata Harbour. We welcome you to come and stay. The space This one-bedroom, 4th floor apartment offers an open plan living kitchen and dining area that flows from the lounge area to a sundrenched patio. Enjoy your morning breakfast, taking in the view across the harbour and the trees below. Here is a bit more about the apartment and why you will enjoy your stay here: The Bedroom The Queen bed is super comfy with Luxurious Wallace Cotton duck down duvet and sheets. Drop the black-out blinds for a lazy sleep in. The wardrobe has plenty of room to hang clothes or hide away the suitcases. The Lounge Relax on the leather sofa and watch a movie on the 55’ Samsung TV. Apple TV and Netflix are available and connected to unlimited Fibre Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. The Kitchen Share a red wine around the kitchen island as you prepare a cheese board or cook up a storm using the modern European appliances and all the cooking utensils you will need. No one likes doing dishes, so there is a dishwasher there for your convenience. The Bathroom More like a spa than an apartment bathroom. The Italian tiles gives you that luxury spa feeling along with a huge shower and soft LED lighting. Hidden away in the ample mirror cabinet is a hair dryer in case you get caught in an Auckland downpour. The Laundry There is both a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for you to use, with washing laundry liquid. If you prefer crunchy towels, there is also a drying stand and pegs in the storage cabinet. The Car Park There is a car park on level 1 for you to use if needed. A few additional details: 1. The apartment building is a community where people live, so no parties in the apartment during your stay. This is a mandatory rule for everyone in the complex. 2. Absolutely no smoking of cigarette or Vapes in the building please. 3. We love dogs, but Rover will need a dog sitter. We don’t allow pets unfortunately. 4. Please inform us of any breakages/damages during your stay. Other things to note I want to help. Sometimes I block dates for friends and family to use, so if the dates you want aren't there and you need them, just let me know and I'll confirm. I have had a number of guests that wished they came in earlier or stayed later, so they could visit beautiful Waiheke Island for a day.
