A family home on the wine route, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion and Blaye! Enjoy the sun by the pool overlooking the vineyards and horses, and the cozy spa area. Go on foot or by bike to discover the wine landscapes, tasting in the surrounding castles. The space We are ideally located 20 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Blaye (the Citadel) and 10 minutes from Libourne, in the middle of the Fronsac vineyard. The beaches of the Atlantic, Lacanau, Porge... or even the Bassin d'Arcachon are accessible in 1 hour by car. Our house is an old family farmhouse tastefully renovated. It has 4 guest rooms, each with their own private bathroom. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the price, please book it. 12 euros/person. The veranda, terrace and pool are shared with the SOMMET family. You have access to secure parking. You have a living room and a dining room shared with other guests. Free access to kitchen upon request from 3 nights. Please note: The kitchen is not included in the price for stays of 1 or 2 nights. To be booked on our site. 24 euro/day. Your room is quiet and full of charm. It is spacious with its TV lounge area. A desk and a wardrobe will make you feel at ease. Its private bathroom is adjoining but you have to go through a small hallway to access it. Each door has a key to privatize and secure your premises. We offer a table d'hôtes for dinner, by reservation 24 hours before. All our dishes are homemade and made with fresh produce. Vegetables and fruits are from the garden. You won't be bored! Several activities are possible on site as well: - an individual couple dance class (rock, waltz, 17 dances to choose from...) in our room. - a private sports, pilates or stretching session in the fitness room! - bike rentals to discover our wine region. - the full sun swimming pool, with a view of the vineyards and the sunset. - Free access to table tennis and table football. - Jacuzzi to be booked 24 hours in advance. (10 euro/person/30 minutes) Guest access The house is easy to find and easy to access. The A10 highway is close and direct, it is 8 minutes away. Saint-André-de-Cubzac train station is 10 km away and Libourne train station is 12 minutes by car. The airport is in Mérignac, 35 km from the SOMMET house. Rental car can be booked. Possibility to book an Uber or taxi before or on site. The beaches of the Atlantic, Lacanau, Porge... or even the Bassin d'Arcachon are accessible in 1 hour by car. You will have access to: - the dining room, - the living room with foosball table on the mezzanine, - the veranda with its sitting and dining area, - the garden, - the terrace overlooking the vineyards, - the large swimming pool, - at the spa (by reservation), - at the fitness and dance room (only on request for sports coaching or dance classes: see rates on our site.) We have private parking, closed and secured by videos. During your stay We remain at their disposal on site and they can call or text us for any requests. They are autonomous in their travel and vacation planning. They have their private entrance and keys. Other things to note In our house, you are independent with your keys.
