This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units.
