This 60 sqm. apartment is located in the Old Jewish Quarter of Bucharest. It is a quite place, very close to the central area of the city, with easy access to the public transportation. You can reach the Old Town in 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walking (2 km. distance). We offer information, recommendations and support for everything you need in this city. Xoxo:-) The space This full of light and friendly apartment is at the second and last floor into a nice vintage villa. Attic rooms are usually the most appealing interiors, even though we can not tell for sure what draws us to them so much. Some people unconsciously correlate them with secret rooms. My attic appartment has a special charm, and a warm feel that seems to follow you around, even after you leave it. Something about those low, sloped ceilings just sets the tone for intimate, private escapes. It is perfect for hosting long-term and short-term stayings. The way the light pours into this appartment is just divine, and the colours gives it a dreamy feeling. Layers of warm colours really pop against the crisp white paint - the color story is both simple and soothing. Mornings are so bright and cheerful, sunny, sweet and fresh, balmy, poetic, blissful, jubilant.. Make a cup of good coffee or floral tea to start your day. Put some nice music and relax. Welcome to Scandinavian Flower House! Guest access The access to the property is easy and there are 2 free parking spaces in front of the villa. The property is one minute away from Unirii Boulevard, where you can find public transportation to the city center. If you like jogging in the morning or evening this place is very suitable. Nearby you will find a nice chocolate and flower shop and also other small shops if you need something fast. At a distance of 10 minutes walk is Bucharest Mall ( the first one opened in the city) where you can do shopping at good prices. If you like walks, a nice view and good drinks you can try the venues on the bank of river Dâmbovița, close to the neighborhood where you are staying. House rules: - Before checking in, please send me a copy/photo of your ID (email/WhatsApp) - Please don't change the place of things in the house - Please do not unplug things that you already find plugged in - Please do not throw anything in the toilet, not even toilet paper, there is a bin available. - Please do not throw food and/or hot oil in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink - Please do not open the top windows - No parties allowed - No smoking in the house. - Please lock the main door of the building (villa) every time you go in or out - For extra guests (other than those mentioned) there is a fee of 30 euro/person/day - Please let me know if it is important for you to have a visitor and we will reach an agreement - For any situation that may occur please call me, at any hour, do not try to fix or replace things. CLEANING FEES: - For long term stays - 5 days - there is a cleaning fee of 100 lei at the end (paid at the property or by account transfer) - For long terms staying - more than 5 days - there is a cleaning fee of 70 lei weekly that includes cleaning the space, changing lines and towels, supplies OR if you don't need it will be just a final fee of 150 lei (paid at the property or by account transfer). LONG TERM STAYING - For long-term stays - 2 weeks and more - utilities will be paid separately after calculating the consumption (paid at the property or by account transfer). CLEANING FEE: - For 5-day stays, a cleaning fee of 100 lei is paid at the end (payment is made in cash at the location or by bank transfer) - For stays longer than 5 days, a fee of 70 lei/week is paid, which includes cleaning, changing bed linen and towels, consumables OR if you do not need it, only a fee of 150 lei is paid at the end of the stay.
