Spacious Double Room near Falmouth-Truro train

Chy Glynn (Cornish for house in the deep wooded valley) is a new build situated in an idyllic village location just a stone's throw from Perranwell Station on the Truro-Falmouth Maritime train line. An 8 minute trip to Truro and 13 minute trip to Falmouth! Josh and Kirsty are your hosts at Chy Glynn. Having met on the North coast and lived on the South Coast we enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer and can share our passion for the best spots to visit. The space Chy Glynn is less than 5 minutes stroll to Perranwell Station railway station on the Maritime train line which links Truro and Falmouth and connects for access to London Paddington as well as other areas of Cornwall. Perranwell Station village boasts an idyllic local shop, popular pub - serving good food and local ales and the nearby Bissoe Cycle Trail which connects (via our village) from the south coast at Devoran to the north coast at Portreath. Our private, spacious spare bedroom has views out to the valley and provides a large comfortable double bed as well as a small sofa bed, TV, tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge and a small desk. Our home was built to a high standard in 2020 and has modern bathroom and is comfortable and clean. We have a cat called Suki who is friendly and tends to enjoy being outdoors or in our bedroom. Guest access Guests can park on our drive. a secure keybox is available for contact free check in. Guests have access to the shared lounge and bathroom with waterfall shower. We do have an outdoor hot tub however this is not available for guest use at this time. During your stay Please send us a message on AirBnB if you need anything we are very responsive. Other things to note Please note: The few final houses are still being built at the end of the road, so the site is still a semi construction site with some daytime work going on Mon-Fri.
