It is a perfect place for extended family holidays and meeting up with friends. The space For guests checking out on a Sunday we can often facilitate a late check out at 12 noon if you let us know well in advance. This stunning barn conversion offers a large open plan kitchen with dining space for your whole group. There are galleries looking down into a beautiful sunlit lounge area, with x box games console. This part of the accommodation also includes three downstairs bedrooms, an upstairs bedroom and a bathroom on each floor. The remaining accommodation is in the adjacent annex, which has the benefit of it's own entrance. It comprises a large downstairs bedroom with double bed and single bed and the third bathroom. Upstairs is a delightful second kitchen opening up into a lounge / sleeping area with a further double bed and flat screen TV. We have a newly installed Electric Vehicle Charging Point for guests to use, fast WiFi throughout the property, and outdoor play equipment (swings, slide, monkey bars) for children to use. Please note: we are in a very tranquil rural setting and have close neighbours. The Barn is not suitable for noisy parties or loud music at anytime. We also ask you to keep outside noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. The hot tub cannot be used after 10.00pm. We just want to make these rules clear now to avoid guests booking somewhere that doesn't meet their needs.
