For up to 4 adults and 2 children, this new and modern 50m2 apartment is located on the outskirts of Madrid in the neighborhood of Vista Alegre, just 700 m from the homonymous Palace, in Madrid. At 3 mn from Vista Alegre subway (line 5) and 5mn from Oporto subway (lines 5 and 6), you can be in the center of Madrid in less than half an hour. In the same building, we rent other apartments in case you need more space. Please do not hesitate to ask us. The space Ideal for 4 people but with a maximum capacity of up to 5 guests. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A living-dining room area with Smart TV and sofa. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (no oven). The sleeping area is organized in 2 bedrooms distributed as follows. * A master bedroom with a large double bed of 150x190 and has a transparent glass door. * A second bedroom with 2 single beds of 80x190. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom equipped with shower and toilet separate from the WC. GOOD TO KNOW: Transparent glass sliding door between the bedroom and the living room (as you can see in the photos). As it is a ground floor flat, there may be noise coming from the street. Entirely renovated from a commercial premise, it is an apartment at street level. It is equipped with large windows and mirror effects for privacy, plus a static ventilation system. There are ducts at the top of the window that opens to ventilate. ***That is why, the window CANNOT open. Please, take it into account when booking. The bathroom has 2 windows that does open. It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. In the same building, we rent more touristic apartments, please do not hesitate to ask us. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, which works with heat pump for heating in winter. The door that gives access to the property is independent from the entrance of the building. You have to climb some stairs to get to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The wifi network is shared with the rest of the apartments on the floor. The TV is SMART TV, it works with the apps but there is no standard cable TV. The travel crib is always in the property, stored in the entrance behind the door. You must bring your own sheets. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 8PM, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
