Ranch Home Near Everything Except the Neighbors

This ranch style home is located in a spacious, quiet, older neighborhood. It has a very open layout which is great for social gatherings. The interior living, dining and kitchen areas all flow into the 3 bedrooms right down the hall. Looking out the back of the home it is easy to forget you have neighbors. Off the living room there is a cozy screened back porch with steps leading down to a shaded back patio. The basement offers open space with a pool table, home theater, laundry & 4th bedroom. Eclectic. If you like gas pumps, album cover artwork, old refrigerators, store mannequins, soap box derby cars, and other strange additions, this is the place for you. Use your map program. There are a couple ways to get into the neighborhood depending on which way you are coming from. The streets are very wide, so there is plenty of parking on the street, plus there is a two car wide driveway about 75' long for parking. I will be available 24/7 during your stay to answer questions by phone. If you have other problems there are other resources to manage anything that might arise. Just down the street from the Governor's Mansion grounds where you'll find flat paved trails as well as wooded bike and walking trails. Gage park is also nearby where you will find a 50 meter pool, zoo, children's park, train, tennis courts, rose garden and a carousel to keep you entertained. Please note that the pinball machine and the arcade game are decoration only. It has been too difficult to keep them reliably functioning. None of these are listed in Amenities, but just to avoid confusion I wanted to add this note. On the upside, the pool table has always functioned.
