Terraced house with large patio. Less than 10 minutes away from the zoo, Sørlandsenteret and Kristiansand city center by car. Short distance to the lake and the beach. Large playground in the street. Right now, unfortunately, the laundry room is under renovation and is therefore locked. The space Spacious end terraced house with a good patio. Less than 10 minutes to both the zoo and Kristiansand city center. Close to the lake with several nice beaches. Shop, football pitch, playground are all just a few meters from the house. We prefer to rent to families and do not want parties in our house.
