The space The house is an older wooden house from 1964. Is under renovation but not finished on the outside. The apartment in the basement was renovated and was completed in 2016. This is an older house, so sounds go between the floors. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is on the backside of the house. So when you park in front of the house, you have to walk around the house. It is paved, but you have to walk past the stairs and my entrance.
