Centrally situated yet peacefully set back from the high street, it's nestled between two shops and just a short walk from Whitstable's beach. The space The contemporary bathroom, conveniently located off the entrance hall, features a toilet, basin, and a shower over the bath – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the charming sights of Whitstable. A large archway leads to the comfortable living room, which overlooks French doors opening onto the courtyard – the perfect setting for al fresco dining or enjoying a Nespresso coffee in the morning. Ascending the stairs, you'll find a cosy double bedroom and a comfortable twin bedroom. Guest access You have access to all areas in the property. Other things to note Dogs welcome, please refrain from letting pets upstairs and on the furniture. No smoking. No parking immediately outside the property as double yellow lines but free street parking in neighbouring roads Please keep a noise to a minimum after 10pm to respect the neighbours.
