The space There are eight bedrooms in this large, unique home. All beds are made up with good quality linen. Fresh towels and a variety of toiletries are provided in the three bathrooms. All bedrooms have key locks for individual security and privacy. There are stairs up to both the front and back doors. Starting at the front of the house the bedroom layout is: On the left at the front door is a huge bedroom with a super king bed. This super king bed has a specially designed mattress that can be unzipped into two single beds if you prefer. There is also a two seater couch. The next bedroom is the Master bedroom. There is a super king bed with ensuite and a sofa. The third bedroom on the left is a large bedroom with a super king bed and single bed. Next is a small bedroom with a king bed. This bed can be unzipped into two single beds if required. The fifth bedroom on the left is at the rear of the house and has a super king bed. Opposite this room, the sixth bedroom, has a king bed in a small bedroom. The seventh bedroom has a super king bed. The eighth bedroom has a super king bed. This can be unzipped to make two long single beds. The central air conditioning unit is vented to every room in the house for your complete comfort. There is also double glazing. There are plenty of children's toys available, board games and books. Huge backyard with orchard, bar b que and outdoor entertainment area. Unlimited fibre WiFi is available. Stairs access to both the front and back doors and stairs within our home. You will be provided with remotes for your group for private access to the property. Please keep the security gate closed. There is space for boats and multiple cars to park securely on the property. Guest access You will be provided with remote controls for the electric security gate to gain access to the property. This provides secure off street parking. The electronic locks on both the front and back doors will be programmed with your personal code for ease of access for all the members of your group. We have our own private area downstairs which we keep locked. Other things to note Mt Ruapehu has a gondola "Sky Waka" up to the highest restaurant in NZ. There are plenty of mountain biking trails and walking tracks in the vicinity. There are several excellent golf courses in our region. Lake Taupo is the largest lake in the Southern hemisphere.
