City Retreat

This is our private residence, not a commercial short-stay property. We only make it available occasionally if we are travelling. A peaceful park setting just 5 minutes walk from the city. 5 mins walk to Marvel Stadium. Within the free tram zone and just 100m from tram stops on routes 11,35,48,70 & 75. The living room, main bedroom and balcony look east over Docklands Park. The kitchen and 2nd bedroom look west over Victoria Green. Fantastic walking and cycling routes in all directions. The space At 110m2, this is a larger than normal 2BR apartment. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Also, a full-sized kitchen for those who like to cook for their family. Guest access Secure under-cover free parking can be arranged but it might be a 5 minute walk away. This is ideal if you just need to store your car while you are enjoying the free city trams. It is not suitable if you need to use your car every day. If you do need daily car access we can probably arrange alternate parking for $50 per week.
